In this review it is put of relief that the Spanish political system, according to the author, has slid from the parliamentary system to barely democratic a partitocratic system, and that the generalized corruption has settled by it in the political system. The system moves away of the paradigm of the "rule of law" when not existing effective mechanisms of judicial control. The legitimation by the effectiveness replaces the democratic legitimation, and the manipulation and de-politisation of masses tends to annul the possibility of control of the political-legal system.
