摘要
The presence of Constitutional Court in Reformation Era is to protect human rights and constitutional rights of citizens. One of these rights is to profess religion and to practice it according to their respective thought as stipulated in Constitution. On the other hand, it exist a discourse to attribute freedom of expression and opinion which include the freedom to disseminate the religious belief which is not likely in accordance with mainstream and religious belief as happened in Ahmadiyah Case. Constitutional Court is expected to give its best opinion with regards to judicial review to similar cases in order to ensure that the Constitution is properly enforced.
