摘要：

The proposal for a Directive on electronic invoicing in public procurement has as a main objective to allow the interoperability between all electronic invoices issued in the public procurement of all Member States of the European Union and finally implement their use. Meanwhile in Spain a bill has been launched to promote the use of electronic invoicing in the public sector. This article analyses both proposals and the main advantages associated with the imminent implementation of electronic invoicing in public procurement.
