摘要
The main task of the legal accident insurance (GUV) is to use all appropriate means to prevent industrial accidents and occupational illnesses and to exclude occupational health hazards and after any industrial accidents or occupational illnesses to use all appropriate means to restore the health and capability of the insured persons, to arrange for their professional rehabilitation, or to pay out cash compensation to their survivors. Is this paper the specification for and tasks of the treating physicians (D/H physician) and hospitals (procedures for various types of injuries) are stated. The documentation on standardized forms is presented and their significance on the basis of medical treatment monitoring by the GUV is explained. The accident victim has a legal obligation to cooperate in the medical treatment. The basic principle of the treatment is: Rehabilitation rather than pension. All rehabilitative measures will be prescribed using the standard forms and must be approved by the GUV. The treating physician is required to keep a complete and detailed record of the treatment. Once the treatment is finished the severity of any disability is estimated again to check whether there has been any reduction, and depending on the severity of any remaining incapacity opened depending upon height of the MdE a pension statement procedure.
