CONTENT AND CRYOPRECIPITATING ACTIVITY OF FIBRONECTIN IN THE PATIENTS WITH BRONCHIAL-ASTHMA

摘要：
125 patients with bronchial asthma were under observation. It has been established that the level of fibronectin decreases as of severity of clinical symptoms of the disease growth. Parallelly cryoprecipitating activity of fibronectin decreases, testifying functional inferiority of the pointed glycoprotein in the patients with bronchial asthma. Under the influence of undergoing therapy restoration of fibronectin concentration and its complexformating ability takes place except of the hormonedependent cases of asthma.
