摘要：

The need for the health care system to respond to oncology patients, patients with non- transmittable diseases and aging population needs, has led to the development of an intervention according to the ICD- 10 for symptom control in these patients. Intervention 88 is assigned to: "Care for some signs, symptoms and other factors that influence health status'', and it is available in appendix 1 for drug treatment. The approach of this system allows for coverage by offering intervention to the Social Health Protection System population in a palliative or terminal situation or requiring symptom control.
