摘要
Electrophysiological and microfluorimetric (fluoresceindiacetate) methods have been used to study the effects of high CO2 concentrations (up 100% CO2) of after-potentials and intracellular pH (pH(i)). The results obtained suggest that the effect of both CO2 and pH(i) on the posttetanic hyperpolarization are due to an increase in cytoplasmic Na+ concentration resulting from the activation of Na/H+ and HCO3-dependent exchangers.
