摘要
A new enzyme sensor to determine organophosphorus pesticides is described. It is based on the inhibiting properties of the pesticides to the enzyme butyrylcholinesterase and it is constituted by a hydrogen peroxide amperometric electrode modified by a superimposed nylon membrane containing, chemically immobilised two biological mediators (butyrylcholinesterase and choline oxidase). Some applications to authentic matrices, of environmental or of agricultural interest, are also reported and evaluated.
