摘要：

Some mechanisms for correlating local algorithms aimed at the construction of distributed man-machine procedures for supporting the formation of decisions are proposed. The methods for constructing these algorithms are based on estimating from above the system mismatch functional by an additive sum of the mismatch functionals of the local subsystems.
