摘要：
Artificially layered Fe-Zr-Co-Zr and Fe-Zr-Co-Nb films with sharp interfaces have been synthesized by magnetron dc sputtering. Films are composed of amorphous and/or crystalline layers textured weakly parallel to the film. Magnetic properties are strongly affected by a ferromagnetic coupling between Fe and Co layers through nonmagnetic layers up to 20 angstrom thick.
