摘要：

The authors studied the frequency, etiological structure of drug allergy in 7381 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis within the period from 1980 through 1989. Determined were the factors furthering the more froquent formation of drug allergy. Studied were the prevailing clinical manifestations of drug allergy in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis as well as the types of drug-related allergic reactions according to the Jelal-Coombs classification. Wider introduction of allergological methods in phthysiatry is recommended.
