摘要：

Nikuradse found from his measurements of turbulent flow in smooth pipes that the eddy viscosity maximum occurs midway between the pipe wall and the center line. It is shown that a velocity-defect law for a similar flow leads to the same result. © 1979 American Institute of Physics.
