摘要
Undoubtedly, the presence of Museum as a cultural entity in the community is so essential. The culture of a community is a whole concept and covers all spiritual values and findings of the people in that community. So, culture is the heritage of every ethnic that is taken from its predecessors, changes has been done on it and it has moved to the next generations. Cultures and civilizations like human have three evolution stages: are born, childhood and adolescence, they evolve and get old and, finally they die. The property of dynamic cultures and civilizations is that it inspires from other cultures and put down what is redundant and takes it away. Many critics argue that museums features contemporary architecture and have the most roles in familiarizing and drawing attention of the public attention to the art of architecture. The resultant of all these events is the introduction of museum architecture as a symbol and feature of third millennium. Today, the position of the museums go beyond a location merely to carry, maintain or display works of art and in many cases they have become regional, national, and sometimes religious and political features. The aim of this study is to design soil Museum with a sustainable eco- tourism approach in the island of Hormuz.
