摘要
The interactions between amylose, amylodextrine and Benzopurpurine 4 B were studied by spectral and equilibrium dialyses methods. From the binding constant of amylose and amylodextrine, the molar changes in entropy and enthalpy for binding of the dye were calculated. Both ΔH° and ΔS° were positive. The positive value of ΔS° may be explained by the increase of flexibility of the polymer chain with increasing temperature. © 1969 Dr. Dietrich Steinkopff Verlag.
