摘要
Government funding is an important revenue source of civil society organizations (CSOs). Moreover, this funding method is subject to criticisms which lead to question the basis of CSOs' essence. Although the public funding of CSOs is based on the certain reason, administrative and ethical challenges in the government funding of CSOs must not be ignored. When these challenges are determined and necessary cautions are taken, the development of nonprofit sector and government-CSO relationship will be settled on well-ground. According to this ground, anxieties which can appear in the public funding of CSO are determined and solutions are tried to offer.
