摘要：
The electrophoretic analysis of hordeins was carried out on five barley cultivars from Tunisia containing different amounts of total seed-nitrogen. The protein patterns observed showed a high degree of polymorphism of the hordiens which decreased when the nitrogen contents of the seeds increased. The electrophoretic system used allowed a clear separation of the proteins of hordien fractions B and C upon which is based the genetic classification of barleys.
