The basic possibility of obtaining chalcogenide glasses containing fullerenes is demonstrated. A glass formation region for the Se-C system with 3 +/- 1 wt% C is determined. The physicochemical properties are studied for a number of glasses in the system, and the results are presented. The characteristic size of the fragments representing the properties of synthesized materials amounts to 100 Angstrom. The class of materials under consideration belongs to the disordered systems with reduced configurational entropy.
