摘要
The legal disposition Ley Orgonica 5/2000 (L.O. 5/2000) regarding the criminal responsibility of youth have fostered the role of the psychologist in the legal setting. In this study we present a descriptive analysis of the work carried out by the Forensic Team (consisting of one psychologist, one social worker, and one educational worker) of Toledo's Juvenile Court from 2001 to 2012 in three different areas: type of facts, proposed measures, and characteristics of the population assisted. The database contains 6,566 entries. The major findings were that 92% of offenders were boys and 54% of offences were against property, the most frequent decision (27.4%) was parole with support within the community and, 9.2% of juvenile offenders were in juvenile jails.
