摘要
In this article, result of research activities, we analyze the educational interactions in two virtual courses (Research approaches and Spanish Language Didactics II, of the Catholic of the North University Foundation-Colombia), in the use of the electronic mail between the facilitator and the students, with the purpose of formulation of strategies for the improvement of the use of email as a teaching-learning tool. The used methodology is one of qualitative type, based on linguistic analysis of computer mediated communication (ALCMC). One of the major findings of this work shows that while redacting the message, most of the times, the student does not consider cyperpragmatic issues, on textual genre, micro-redaction and macro-redaction.
