Long-Range Intensity Correlations in a Disordered Medium with Strong Discrete Scatterers

摘要
The long-range intensity correlations in a speckle pattern formed by multiply scattered waves are considered. For strong scatterers the fourth Moment equation is derived. An analytical solution is found for long-range correlations both in purely elastic scattering and in the case of absorbing centers.
