摘要
There are three theses in the field of neuroscience which are considered as a challenge for Criminal Law: the free will denial, the reduction of mental states to mere neuronal processes and the reduction of normativity to something alike the Laws of nature. The author claims that to meet and overcome those three challenges it is required to avoid two kinds of reductionism, namely that of neglecting the natural dimension of human nature (a charge against Criminal Law elaborations) and that of neglecting its moral and social ones (a charge against neuroscience's approaches).
