摘要：

This paper proposes an analysis of the Academic Ranking of World Universities, published every year and gives on overview of the present situation in Higher Education. The publication of the "Institute of Higher Education, Shanghai Jiao Tong University" - Academic Ranking of World Universities 2009, the Ranking Web of world universities 2010 (Spain) and the QS World University Rankings 2009 are analyzed. The paper gives an analysis of the scientific journal publications from professors/researchers from the USA and Europe.
