摘要：

The circular dichroism [CD] spectra were studied in hernandezine, O-ethyldihydrothalcimidine, O-ethyldihydroisothalcimidine, isohernandezine, isotetrandrine, thalcimine, thalcimidine, O-methylthalicberine, thalisopine, thalisopidine, thalmine, base 2, base 3 and thalphine. The changes in CD spectra were correlated with conformational restructuring of the molecule by various joinings of oxygen bridges.
