摘要
Covers " Multisystem " approach in studying the activity of the lawyer. At this stage of the study presents the impact of socio-psychological conditions (in "subject-object relations) on the life of a professional. Conducted the ratio of the ideas of freedom of labour (Professor L. Bugrov), social security research organisations of legal activities of lawyers. Preliminary conclusion: if the legal regulation systems "man" and "society" legal norms in the legal activity of man depends not from laws in society, and of the authority and the personal power of the official legal irreality of modern Russia. Labour organization in civil law lawyers and police officers did not provide legal activities in accordance with the law in the legal regulation systems "man " and " society " and substitute its relationship with the principal (official) is disorganization of legal activity in legal unreality of regulation systems. The differences problems of legal regulation are not contradictory, they are considering different parties combination of performance and attractiveness of work in relation to human activity. The studied parameters of activity of lawyers are under the influence of living conditions and further study of the impact of living conditions on the personality and style of life is justified.
