摘要
The potencies of some oxytocin analogues modified in sequence positions 2, 3, 7 or 8 were determined on mammary-gland strips from lactating rats in Tyrode solution with 1.0 mM magnesium and without magnesium. The ratio of these potenties (RMg) is inversely related to the logarithm of the potency in the magnesium-free medium. For analogues modified in position 3, there is a good correlation between the potencies (determined in the absence of magnesium) on the rat uterus and the rat mammary gland in vitro. © 1969.
