摘要
The article "Managing commitment: building up internal organizational identity and values though public relations" focuses on the existing relationship between identity and values, the two main elements of organizational behavior. The author shows the importance of this relationship and offers advice on how to gain credibility and increase employee knowledge of the company. At the same time, his approach to managing commitment invites the reader to look in more depth at Internal Public Relations principles, through the analysis of Corporate Culture in a growing global market.
