摘要
An investigation is carried out of the impact that the grain size makes on coercivity in Bi-substituted polycrystalline garnet films. The coercive force Hc is found to decrease with decreasing grain size in samples having single domain size grains. This decrease is especially dramatic for chemically-depo-sited films. This effect is fairly well explained by thermal fluctuations of magnetization inside the grain. © 1990 IEEE
