摘要：

We report on a case of extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy (ESWL) of a renal calculus in a patient with severe hemophilia A and Factor VIII inhibitor. The calculus ws successfully disintegrated in two sessions. No complications occured under therapy with activated Prothombin-complex concentrate (Feiba S-Tim 4(R)). CT-evaluation after treatment showed no renal or perirenal hematoma. A literature review of ESWL in patients with hemophilia and other blood clotting anomalies is given.
