摘要
Kobe works is equipped with two casters: a bloom caster and a billet caster. For improving the product quality at the billet caster, some techniques are developed: inclusions decreasing, surface defects decreasing, center segregation reduction. A precise control of the temperature in tundish has been carried out. As a result, a new target is to produce higher grade steels.
