摘要
The egg industry accounts for some 9 per cent of the total output of British agriculture and about 60 per cent of this production is marketed through the British Egg Marketing Board registered packing stations. This inquiry examines the costs and methods employed in packing station operations (up to the point of wholesale distribution) relating them to the needs of producers and consumers.
