摘要：

The paper considers the issues of revealing criminal medical errors through objective forensic medical examinations and of their prevention. The author comes to the conclusion that it is necessary to make qualitative changes in the legislative support of the Russian health care system, and, in particular, to introduce a norm of criminal punishment for medical errors in the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
