摘要
An adhesion Molecules (CAM) allow to maintain the morphology of cellular organization and the normal disposition of the epithelium, both its lateral region and apical. Between the (CAM) it is recognized by the Selectins, the super family of immunoglobulins, catherin, integrins, the Cancer cells differ from normal cells in the chance of cell behavior, organization and distribution of the (CAM); therefore adhesion Molecules such as E-catherin decrease its expression level of epithelial carcinomas such as the colon, favoring biological-cell invasion and migration effects. Also as (Src) and B-Catenin intracellular proteins are about to express for the lack of adhesion proteins, it causes effects such as excessive proliferation invasion and metastasis in the future, consequently knowledge of the biology and function of adhesion, and how proteins determine the behavior of pathological tumor cells.
