摘要：

The method of scanning acoustic microscopy was used to determine the thickness of the cold-worked layer and the thickness of the layer with residual compressive stresses in surface layers of EI 698VD, ZhS-6U, and VT-9 alloys. The results are compared with the data obtained in microhardness measurements and with the residual stresses determined by the destructive method.
