SUMMARY.— Eighteen cases of acquired fibrokeratoma are recorded and their histology described. There seems little justification for regarding them as “extrusions of normal dermis”, as has been suggested. They are possibly traumatic in origin. Copyright © 1969, Wiley Blackwell. All rights reserved
