THE EFFECTS OF DEREGULATION IN AGROINDUSTRIAL DYNAMICS OF COFFEE CHAIN

摘要：
The objective of this study was to analyze the competitive dynamics in the industry roaster coffee chain from the extinction of the Brazilian Coffee Institute and its strategic effects of roasters. Gathered secondary data to calculate the concentration ratio of the system from the industrial sector. The results show that the dynamics in this sector has increased levels of organization and concentration in recent years, the largest market requirement. So the approach adopted is an attempt to adapt to the new competitive standards. However, this action influence the market structure reflecting on smaller companies less capitalized to innovate and remain in the market.
