摘要
Few empirical studies concerning ethical questions at the college level have been carried out in Quebec. This study examines the ethical concerns of teaching professionals from the Francophone college system in Quebec. Results were gathered from a total of 63 teachers in eight focus groups from public and private colleges. This article will present the study's results concerning the teachers' perspectives on the characteristics they identified regarding ethical issues or dilemmas as well as the guidelines and strategies they use to resolve these dilemmas.
