摘要
The magnetoresistance and I-V characteristics for the 110-K phase of a polycrystalline Bi-Pb-Sr-Ca-Cu-O superconductor are reported. The Josephson-junction model of Ambegaokar and Halperin fits well to the data and yields the temperature and field dependence of the phase-slip activation energy U0. The field dependence of U0 is explained by Fraunhofer interference under magnetic field within weak links originated from the sample microstructure. We suggest that this model may have general applicability to dissipation in both granular and single-crystal materials.
