摘要
1. 1. Twelve negatively charged protein bands were found by acrylamide gel electrophoresis to be present in the haemolymph of the American cockroach during the moulting cycle. 2. 2. Fourteen soluble cuticle proteins appear at one stage of ecdysis, some having similar mobilities to the blood proteins. 3. 3. The levels of concentration are discussed with emphasis on the blood and cuticle protein relationships. © 1969.
