摘要
This article presents the results of a case study researched as part of an R&D project at the University of Malaga (Spain) on one of the continuing education tracts offered by a teacher training institution based on the demand of a group of teachers from a school in the Axarquia area in the province of Malaga. Lesson Study is the basis of the analysis of the processes of understanding and rebuilding of a first grade primary teacher's practical knowledge of the teaching and learning of writing and reading. Significant evidence is found on how this methodological and research strategy contributes to rebuild such practical knowledge.
