摘要
Laser-irradiated thin-foil experiments at 1.06 and 0.53 m show that heat penetration in the target is greater at shorter wavelengths as a consequence of larger ablation rate. Comparison of experimental and numerical results indicates that comparable flux inhibition occurs at both wavelengths. © 1979 The American Physical Society.
