摘要
The aim of biological bone defect reconstruction is the restoration of a load-bearing, stable extremity, which gives patients an appropriate level of independent mobility. Two procedures are available: autologous cancellous bone graft can be used for circular defects of up to 3 cm as well as for larger half-segment defects, while segment transport over many internal or external stabilizers is used for extensive lesions; of these, the Ilizarov fixator is the most variable system. Using these two procedures, possibly also in combination, any bone defect can be reconstructed - relatively cost-effectively. Close cooperation within a team comprising physiotherapists, ergotherapistsand walking instructors, as well as the nursing staff involved, is a prerequisite for a positive outcome.
