摘要:
This paper aims at investigating the conditions under which the warrant of theistic beliefs depends upon experience, according to Warranted Christian Belief, by Alvin Plantinga. We Are particularly concerned About the circumstances under which the beliefs formed through the operation of sensus diuinittis - a human faculty able to generate theistic beliefs - can be properly called "beliefs based on religious experience". After dealing with the question of the epistemic value of religious experience (including Plantings in the debate with his critics), the paper Analyses the relation between experience and sensus mainly by comparing this sensus with sense perception. Finally, we provide an analogical explanation to sensus divinitatis experiential functioning. The paper concludes that Plantings has neglected the intersubjective and linguistic dimension of theistic beliefs forming process. We claim that it is an important drawback to Plantinga's epistemological theory of warrant.
