摘要
The realisation of a coherent frequency modulated continuous wave LIDAR used for the accurate measurement of short distances employing a tunable twin-guide laser diode is demonstrated for the first time. A relative accuracy of distance measurement of 4 x 10(-3) has been achieved at a distance of some centimetres.
