摘要：
The psychiatric disorders that are classified as somatoform disorders in the categorial systems represent a great number of registered cases in primary medical care. Although, there's a diagnostical difficulty because of the similar clinical characteristics. Along the time and under different conceptions these diseases have been considered, influencing almost always the concept of mind-body and their relations in their diagnostic and treatment.
