摘要
A major environmental problem in pig farm is the production of pig manure with high concentrations of nutrients and its deposition in the adjacent ecosystem. An alternative for the bioremediation of this problem is to use these for the production of aquatic plants that have a high rate of uptake of nutrients, such as Lemna perpusilla. In this study, two experiments were developed with the aim of studying the effect of season and harvest time on the biomass, chemical composition and yield of nutrients. In experiment I (january to april) used a fertilization rate of 20 Lm(-2) for every 20 days and managed a density of 200 gm(-2) , making harvests every 10 days. While in experiment II (may-june) used the same dose of fertilizer and planting density, but picking every six days. During the experimental development (january-june) L. perpusilla had low dry matter (6.87 to 8.87%) and fiber (11.67 to 12.89%), but high in protein (26.02 to 27.41%). It was determined that the time and harvest time affect significantly the total harvest, chemical composition and yield of nutrients. The most influential climatic variables on the total harvest were as light and precipitation. The nutrient performance is mainly affected by temperature, relative humidity, daylight hours and precipitation.
