摘要：
The bioavailability of drugs delivered via the oral route can be influenced byseveral factors, including formulation factors. In this paper the conceptual and technical approaches to the design and formulation of oral mucosal drug delivery systems are reviewed, and the major problems encountered in the design of efficient oral mucosal drug delivery systems are highlighted.
