A twenty two year old male presented with lesion on the glans penis and there was no lesion elsewhere in the body. The patient had received different treatments prior to his present presentation. Blood counts and biochemistry was normal and smear from the lesion for acid fast bacilli was negative. Biopsy of the lesion showed presence of granulomas. The lesion was diagnosed to be a case of tuberculoid leprosy and treated with WHO-MDT (PB). Regression of the lesion was observed within one month of therapy. Leprosy lesions are uncommonly reported on the penis and this makes it an interesting and rare case with primary involvement of the glans penis.
