摘要
Static bending tests were conducted on 3/4-inch-thick, 12- by 39-inch hardboards, red oak veneered-hardboard composites, and red oak lumber. of This paper reports the test results of a study intended to develop a 3/4-inch thick red oak veneered commercial hardboard panel possessing bending properties comparable to those of the high cost 3/4-inch thick red oak plywood or lumber for structural applications or high quality shelving uses.
