摘要
Treatment of climacteric complaints in patients with gynecological malignancies and breast cancer is challenging and the symptoms can have a significant impact on the quality of life in these patients. Many gynecological malignancies, in particular breast cancer, express steroid hormone receptors, therefore, there is a risk of induced recurrence by the use of hormone treatment. Nevertheless, patients with climacteric symptoms need to be treated when necessary but hormone treatment is rarely possible for patients with gynecological malignancies.
