摘要
A stepped frequency inverse synthetic aperture radar is studied for imaging of continuously moving objects. The radar returns are shown to be a sum of two-dimensional complex exponentials over a small data aperture. A matrix pencil method is proposed to exploit the unique data structure and yield high resolution. The continuous motion of the object is utilized effectively.
